Why pay Toronto prices for development land when development land in booming Saskatchewan is a lot cheaper? I have a 159.5 acre parcel for sale on paved highway 46 that is two miles east of the Regina city limit. One half mile of highway frontage. Huge aquifer underneath presently supplying four commercial wells and the hydrogeologist says there is lots more water available. Power line through the property and another along one side. Presently zoned agriculture but can be re-zoned commercial, industrial or residential with a proper plan. I want $25,000 per acre, which I believe is presently the cheapest land within a three mile radius of Regina on a paved highway. We only get email at the library but check every day or two.
