As a Service Shop Manager, you will oversee the Service Technician team to ensure superior service to our customers and quality control of all products leaving the store. You will also order new equipment and tools, maintain, and design the work flow in the shop and support the sales team with general maintenance as needed.
What skills/experience make you a good fit?
1 - 2 years of leadership experience that includes overseeing a team of 2 or more people
Technical knowledge of bikes, skis, snowboards and racquets and/or direct experience working as in a similar technician role
Enthusiasm for customer service excellence
High standard of professionalism
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A friendly, outgoing personality
A commitment to maintaining personal product knowledge and continually upgrading knowledge as the company makes training available
