ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answering contacts from customers while promoting Canadian Beauty Cosmetics in a Family worm environment via phone, email, chat and social
* Responsible for researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
* Processing orders/returns, addressing billing questions, and resolving customer concerns
* Provide product recommendations, by effectively probing and using personal knowledge of our products
* Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, weekends and/or holidays
* Love for cosmetics and/or skincare
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills
* Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to all customers
* Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment
* Encompass an upbeat and positive attitude
