Marketing Coordinator

Speedpro Imaging is a part of Canada's leading provider of visual communication solutions to B2B customers. We help our customers grow their business by using impactful, innovative and cost-effective signage/event solutions. Your Key Role: o Skilled/experienced calling local business prospects to introduce and build the business o Highly organized, self-motivated and accountable o Good communicator both verbally and in writing o Experience/understanding of modern marketing (social media, website, email) o Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word Key Components of the role: 35% sales development: o Executing the sales development program daily o Calling/meeting with businesses to build awareness of our services o Securing meetings for the owner with potential business clients o Attending business events with local Chamber, community or business groups o Manage incoming calls, emails and customer inquiries o Provide quotes and appropriate information to prospective customers in an accurate and timely manner 30% marketing: o Develop and implement the quarterly marketing plan and leverage local event calendars and/or implement corporate developed programs o Daily updates of website (content, images, offering, blog content) o Creating and publishing social media specific content on a weekly basis 25% project management: o Ensure that jobs that are in the queue are flowing through properly o Communication between the team, keep customers informed, hit deadlines o Work with vendors to get quotes, supplies, appointments, ensure that orders are executed o Support to the production team on job creation and manufacturing process 10% Office Operations: o Assist owner in ensuring that studio is running smoothly (i.e. ordering supplies, PO management) Requirements: - Business or Marketing Degree/Diploma and/or minimum of 2-5 years equivalent experience.
