*IMPORTANT* Because of COVID-19 I have relocated out of province and am coordinating the move out of my rented suite from a distance. What this means is that I only have a friend on site for pick up on May 31. Please, kindly only respond to this advert if you can confidently commit to picking up the item on May 31. The suite is located on the third floor of a row house. As such you will likely want to bring along a friend to help with disassembly and have your own vehicle for the move. As this is not the most ideal set up, I have priced all my items very attractively. A note on social distancing. We will do out very best to keep the suite and all items for sale sanitised with an antiseptic solution, and frequent hand washing. Please do your part by bringing all cash payments in a plastic bag, and remembering to keep your physical distance whenever possible. I am selling my IKEA KARLSTAD sofa. It is in a lovely beige textile which they call "Lindo Beige". The couch is not in brand new condition, but is in a very good state and has been well looked after. Most importantly, the thick foam cushions are in very good shape. Bought new for 600, I am pricing it fairly at 200. I do not eat on my furniture, nor do I have any pets, this couch has only known my smoke and allergen free home. Very easy disassembly and reassembly. Tool is included, but please bring a wrench or pliers. As an optional gift with purchase, you are welcome to keep my four duck feather throw pillows (without covers) which make for a very comfy couch indeed.
