Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package. Education: Certificate of Qualification as a 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician is required. 4th year apprentices may be considered. Clean Drivers Abstract and Valid Driver’s License. OPCA Petroleum Oriented Safety Training Certificate an asset. TSSA Petroleum Mechanic Helper Certificate an asset. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of trade experience (apprenticeship included) required. Driver’s license and abstract required. Bucket Truck and Class 1 Division 1 experience an asset. Skills and Abilities: Good mechanical ability, a thorough knowledge of the principles of electricity, circuitry, and power distribution systems, and familiarity with the materials and techniques of construction Knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code, Occupational Health and Safety Act, and all other applicable legislation required. Time Management and organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work onsite with other trades.
