Who we need Reporting to the After Market Care Manager, we are adding a quality-focused, customer-service oriented, Warranty Care Coordinator to our team. You will build internal and external relationships and go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction as you take ownership for the execution and follow-thru of claims for replacement products.
