Smash Kitchen and Bar in Ontario is looking for experienced Catering Supervisor Restaurant name: Smash Kitchen and Bar Position: Catering Supervisor, Permanent, Full-time Work Location: 4261 Hwy 7, Unionville, ON, L3R 9W6 Wage and working hours: $20.00 per hour, 30~40 hours per week Main Responsibilities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities to staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate ingredients and supplies Ensure food service and quality meet quality control standards Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare budget and cost estimates Address customers’ complaints or concerns Establish work schedules Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Qualification: - Secondary education - Ability to communicate in English - 2 years of work experience in food preparation or service How to apply: please email your resume to smashkitchenandbarhr@yahoo.com
