What you will focus on: -Organize multiple project Fixture, Furniture, and Equipment (FF&E) sheets: - Ensure clarity for easy consumption internally and externally. - Review project specific design drawings ensuring alignment with individual FF&Es. - Monitor and track equipment items from initial shipment to received at warehouse and ensure project sheets are up to date. - Daily communication: - With Account Management on potential delays or missing items. - With clients via phone and email on high priority issues and status of upcoming deliveries or fixes. Provide positive customer service to support the maintenance of relationships. - With internal teams such as Production, Logistics, and Project Management to find creative solutions for fixing issues identified by clients. - Validate inventory and coordinate shipment of replacement parts: - Work with internal systems to secure replacement from one of Array’s warehouses. - Determine shipping costs. - Make shipping decisions on a case-by-case basis. - Coordinate fixes for multiple issues at once, tracking tasks through to close. - Identify patterns in issues and research root causes. - Implement improvements to mitigate going forward. - Report: - Attend daily and weekly operations meetings. - Prepare and update daily reports to both internal & external stakeholders.
